V \u010dom je probl\u00e9m ak radi\u00e1tor nehreje alebo je tepl\u00fd iba z \u010dasti?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pr\u00ed\u010din tohto javu m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 viacero. Prvou z nich je predimenzovan\u00e9 vykurovacie teleso. St\u00e1va sa to pri zlom odhade tepeln\u00fdch str\u00e1t, pr\u00edpadne ak do\u0161lo k zmene tepelnoizola\u010dn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed kon\u0161trukcie (zateplenie). In\u0161talovan\u00e9 teleso v tomto pr\u00edpade mus\u00ed doda\u0165 podstatne menej tepla ne\u017e je schopn\u00e9. Je to podobn\u00e9 ako pomal\u00e1 jazda na v\u00fdkonnom aute. T\u00fato pr\u00ed\u010dinu m\u00f4\u017eeme vyl\u00fa\u010di\u0165 v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee vo vykurovanom priestore je pri slabom ohreve telesa chladno. Pravdepodobnou pr\u00ed\u010dinou je nedostato\u010dn\u00fd prietok, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee vypl\u00fdva\u0165 bu\u010f z nespr\u00e1vnej in\u0161tal\u00e1cie radi\u00e1tora (dlh\u00e1 odbo\u010dka od z\u00e1kladnej vetvy) alebo zl\u00e9ho prednastavenia termostatick\u00e9ho ventilu. V ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade sa obr\u00e1\u0165te na spr\u00e1vcu alebo firmu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. \u010co je pr\u00ed\u010dinou hluku v radi\u00e1toroch?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Vykurovacia s\u00fastava b\u00fdva \u010dasto zdrojom hluku, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 r\u00f4zne podoby a teda aj r\u00f4zne pr\u00ed\u010diny vzniku. Takmer nikdy ale samotnou pr\u00ed\u010dinou hluku nie je vykurovacie teleso.<br \/>Pokia\u013e sa jedn\u00e1 o zvuk podobn\u00fd <strong>\u0161pliechaniu<\/strong>, resp. <strong>\u017eblnkaniu<\/strong> vody, p\u00f4jde pravdepodobne o zl\u00e9 odvzdu\u0161nenie radi\u00e1tora. Ka\u017ed\u00fd radi\u00e1tor by mal by\u0165 vybaven\u00fd vlastnou odvzdu\u0161\u0148ovacou z\u00e1tkou a by\u0165 vhodne sp\u00e1dovan\u00fd. Odvzdu\u0161nenie m\u00e1 by\u0165 na najvy\u0161\u0161om mieste, na opa\u010dnej strane ako ventil. V star\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9moch je odvzdu\u0161nenie radi\u00e1torov rie\u0161en\u00e9 opa\u010dn\u00fdm usporiadan\u00edm telies to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee najvy\u0161\u0161ie miesto je v mieste napojenia &#8211; pri ventile. Vzduch tak m\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165 unika\u0165 do st\u00fapa\u010dky a opusti\u0165 s\u00fastavu na najvy\u0161\u0161om mieste. Pom\u00f4c\u0165 si m\u00f4\u017eeme \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fdm uvo\u013enen\u00edm z\u00e1vitu ventilu a t\u00fdm vypusten\u00edm uv\u00e4znen\u00e9ho vzduchu. Odvzdu\u0161nenie telies nie je dobr\u00e9 zanedba\u0165. Okrem poklesu tepeln\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu hroz\u00ed i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko kor\u00f3zie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sp\u00f4sob odvzdu\u0161nenia radi\u00e1torov:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\">\r\n<li>do st\u00fapa\u010dky<\/li>\r\n<li>cez odvzdu\u0161\u0148ovacie ventily<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u0160umenie<\/strong> a\u017e <strong>sy\u010danie<\/strong> sa vyskytuje ve\u013emi \u010dasto. Je sp\u00f4sobovan\u00e9 vysok\u00fdm rozdielom tlaku na regula\u010dn\u00fdch ventiloch. Ventily uzatv\u00e1raj\u00fa prietok vody do radi\u00e1torov v z\u00e1vislosti od nastavenia termostatick\u00fdch hlav\u00edc. Pri uzatv\u00e1ran\u00ed ventilov doch\u00e1dza k zmen\u0161ovaniu prierezu prietoku a t\u00fdm aj k n\u00e1rastu rozdielu tlaku pred a za ventilmi. Zvy\u0161uje sa t\u00fdm r\u00fdchlos\u0165 pr\u00fadenia kvapaliny cez ventil. Spr\u00e1vne navrhnut\u00e1 s\u00fastava mus\u00ed na tak\u00e9to tlakov\u00e9 zmeny reagova\u0165 a vyrovn\u00e1va\u0165 tlakov\u00e9 rozdiely cez regula\u010dn\u00e9 armat\u00fary na st\u00fapa\u010dk\u00e1ch. Pokia\u013e tomu tak nie je, vznik\u00e1 nepr\u00edjemn\u00fd sykav\u00fd zvuk, ktor\u00fd najm\u00e4 v no\u010dn\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch m\u00f4\u017ee p\u00f4sobi\u0165 ve\u013emi nepr\u00edjemne a ru\u0161ivo. Hluk sa m\u00f4\u017ee e\u0161te zintenz\u00edvni\u0165 v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee vykurovacia voda obsahuje vzduchov\u00e9 bubliny. Niekedy posta\u010d\u00ed v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie pootvorenie ventilu, inokedy hluk nezmizne ani pri jeho maxim\u00e1lnom otvoren\u00ed. Na odstr\u00e1nenie tohto javu je nutn\u00fd z\u00e1sah odborn\u00edka, mnohokr\u00e1t je potrebn\u00e1 zmena syst\u00e9mu vyrovn\u00e1vania diferen\u010dn\u00e9ho tlaku.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Klepanie<\/strong>, <strong>\u0165ukanie<\/strong> \u010di <strong>v\u0155zganie<\/strong> s\u00fa zvuky, ktor\u00e9 naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sp\u00f4sobuje tepeln\u00e1 dilat\u00e1cia pr\u00edvodn\u00e9ho potrubia. Potrubie sa pri ohreve roz\u0165ahuje a pokia\u013e s\u00fa priechody medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi poschodiami resp. miestnos\u0165ami zamurovan\u00e9, bez mo\u017enosti vo\u013en\u00e9ho pohybu potrubia vznik\u00e1 nap\u00e4tie, ktor\u00e9 v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sp\u00f4sobuje hluk. To sa deje na st\u00fapa\u010dk\u00e1ch alebo aj odbo\u010dk\u00e1ch pre pripojenie jednotliv\u00fdch telies. Tu vznik\u00e1 zmena teploty m\u00e9dia vplyvom otv\u00e1rania a uzatv\u00e1rania ventilu po\u010das regul\u00e1cie. N\u00e1prava neb\u00fdva jednoduch\u00e1. U\u017e po\u010das stavebn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c je potrebn\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 s dilat\u00e1ciou potrubia a umo\u017eni\u0165 mu vo\u013en\u00fd pohyb. Dodato\u010dn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie situ\u00e1cie spo\u010d\u00edva v lokaliz\u00e1cii probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch miest a n\u00e1slednom vyb\u00faran\u00ed pevn\u00fdch ulo\u017een\u00ed potrub\u00ed a vyplnen\u00ed ich pru\u017en\u00fdm ulo\u017een\u00edm. V pr\u00edpade radi\u00e1torov je \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm pou\u017eitie z\u00e1vesn\u00fdch konzol dovo\u013euj\u00facich pohyb vo vodorovnom smere.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>P\u00edskanie<\/strong> alebo <strong>klepotanie<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 prejavom chyby v napojen\u00ed radi\u00e1tora. St\u00e1va sa to pri opa\u010dnom pripojen\u00ed radi\u00e1torov typu Ventil Kompakt (VK). K z\u00e1mene pr\u00edvodu a spiato\u010dky m\u00f4\u017ee \u013eahko d\u00f4js\u0165 hlavne pri s\u00fa\u010dasnej in\u0161tal\u00e1cii radi\u00e1torov s prav\u00fdm a \u013eav\u00fdm pripojen\u00edm na jednej vetve. Poz\u00edcia pr\u00edvodu a spiato\u010dky sa zrkadlovo men\u00ed. V\u0161eobecne plat\u00ed z\u00e1sada, \u017ee spiato\u010dka sa nach\u00e1dza v\u017edy bli\u017e\u0161ie k bo\u010dnej hrane radi\u00e1tora. Pri opa\u010dnom pripojen\u00ed voda vstupuje do integrovanej regula\u010dnej vlo\u017eky z opa\u010dnej strany, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok rozkmitanie ku\u017ee\u013eky ventilu spojenej so zvukov\u00fdmi efektmi. Intenzita a charakter zvukov\u00e9ho prejavu chyby sa men\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti od prietokov\u00e9ho mno\u017estva a pracovn\u00e9ho tlaku v s\u00fastave. Opa\u010dn\u00e9 pripojenie ma z\u00e1rove\u0148 negat\u00edvny dopad na tepeln\u00fd v\u00fdkon, ktor\u00fd poklesne pribli\u017ene o jednu tretinu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Ak\u00fa vodu pou\u017ei\u0165 pre vykurovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ot\u00e1zka na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 vlastnosti vykurovacej vody je kladen\u00e1 ve\u013emi \u010dasto. Kvalita vody ovplyv\u0148uje chod a \u017eivotnos\u0165 cel\u00e9ho vykurovacieho syst\u00e9mu. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou sa ako plniace m\u00e9dium pou\u017e\u00edva pitn\u00e1 voda. To, \u017ee je voda klasifikovan\u00e1 ako pitn\u00e1 ale nezaru\u010duje jej vhodnos\u0165 pre vykurovacie syst\u00e9my. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdmi parametrami s\u00fa tvrdos\u0165, kyslos\u0165, obsah sol\u00ed a rozpusten\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Tvrdos\u0165<\/strong> vody s\u00favis\u00ed s geologick\u00fdm podlo\u017e\u00edm a p\u00f4dnymi pomermi. Vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch s \u017eulov\u00fdm podkladom b\u00fdva voda m\u00e4k\u0161ia, v ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch v\u010faka v\u00e1pencov\u00fdm hornin\u00e1m naopak tvrd\u0161ia. Tvrdos\u0165 vody n\u00e1m ur\u010duje mno\u017estvo v\u00e1penat\u00fdch a hore\u010dnat\u00fdch sol\u00ed obsiahnut\u00fdch vo vode. Po\u010das prev\u00e1dzky syst\u00e9mu pr\u00e1ve tieto soli tvoria na teplo v\u00fdmenn\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch kotlov nerozpustn\u00e9 uhli\u010ditany &#8211; vodn\u00fd kame\u0148. Zvy\u010dajne sa jedn\u00e1 o kotlov\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky. Vrstva vodn\u00e9ho kame\u0148a m\u00f4\u017ee na t\u00fdchto ploch\u00e1ch narasta\u0165 a po \u010dase doch\u00e1dza k jeho odlupovaniu a rozn\u00e1\u0161aniu do syst\u00e9mu, kde sp\u00f4sobuje upchanie jednotliv\u00fdch armat\u00far. V\u00fdsledkom je nielen pokles v\u00fdkonu kotla ale aj postupn\u00e9 vyradenie regula\u010dn\u00fdch armat\u00far z \u010dinnosti. Navy\u0161e sa pri tvorbe vodn\u00e9ho kame\u0148a uvo\u013e\u0148uje do vody oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd, ktor\u00fd p\u00f4sob\u00ed koroz\u00edvne a z\u00e1rove\u0148 obohacuje s\u00fastavu o ne\u017eiaduce plyny. Tak\u00fato s\u00fastavu je nutn\u00e9 neust\u00e1le dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165 o \u010fal\u0161iu vodu. Tento cyklus dopl\u0148ovania a zan\u00e1\u0161ania syst\u00e9mu vodn\u00fdm kame\u0148om sa kon\u010d\u00ed upchan\u00edm v\u00fdmenn\u00edka, resp. ventilov.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Tvrdos\u0165 vody sa ur\u010duje napr\u00edklad v nemeckej stupnici tvrdosti (\u00b0d alebo dH\u00b0).
